iGoogle • Google's offer of a highly customizable page (btw: if you don't have a Google account, hurry to register for one – gives free access to a lot of useful material, e.g. Gmail, Blogger, Google Calendar.
Netvibes • Another costumizable page with many widgets, Danish too. Not as many features as iGoogle but with a different approach and layout and a couple of unique options.
What is happening for me right now? • a newer micro-blogging/social conversation facility (max 140 chars) via browser, desktop application and/or mobile.
Twitter • 'the mother of micro-blogging' with approx 1 mill users (I'm one of them :-)
FavIcon from pics • have you ever wondered about the small icon in the left side of the browser address bar), e.g. dr.dk or flickr.com)? Here you can make your own free, online – and this solution doesn't require any special software.
Stumbleupon • discover new pages at the internet based on your individual interests (I search for sites with subjects such as Macintosh, cats, web development, photography and music). Is provided as toolbar for Explorer, Flock and Firefox.
Censored url • the world's largest bittorent-tracker is located i Sweden - January 2009 it is blocked/banned by most Danish ISP's, so you can't access the URL ... without a few easy workarounds
Transmission • outstanding lightweight program for download of torrents (no Windows version)
My music @ last.fm - An application, Last FM, 'scrobbles' (keeps track of) your music habits in iTunes andon your iPod toyour profile at a large social music communty site
Speedtest - small, precise internet connection speed test (also iPhone/iPod version)
